It was great before the decision to remove hybrid work. The only positive thing left are the people inside the team.

The company had a perfectly functional hybrid work system since Covid pandemic. Financial results in those past years were GREAT and the company always claimed to care about employees and work life balance. Then one day - last november - they sent a worldwide email telling that we have to return to office 5/5, with no reason (maybe they are trying to make people voluntary quit). Our local management clearly didn’t want RTO, but we are forced to do that with no other possibility. Despite claiming that employees are the priority, the company has demonstrated this is not true at all. I also have to underline the fact that salaries are not competitive for a company as Garmin. They want to keep all the money for them.
