We value and take on board all feedback we receive from both current and former employees, we are committed to ensuring everyone has a positive experience at Garrison. We have recently introduced a more flexible approach to working hours and home working which addresses some of the points above. We do continue to find our morning stand-ups a productive way to encourage collaborative trouble-shooting and knowledge sharing. It’s ultimately up to each team to find their best way of working though – we’re always open to change! We are also ensuring we are benchmarking salaries against the market to ensure our employees are correctly rewarded and that we are being competitive.
