      The sudden dissolution of our software team by Garuda Aerospace without proper notice, with HR informing and terminating us just one hour before, is highly distressing and reflects a lack of consideration for the employees. The company's assurance of providing compensation is yet to be fulfilled, and our numerous emails seeking updates and clarification have been met with complete silence, leaving us in a state of uncertainty and frustration. It is imperative that Garuda Aerospace takes immediate action to address these issues, ensuring proper compensation and open communication to rectify the harm caused by this abrupt and poorly handled situation. March 31st terminated all our software team.
