Good place to work

Salary very low not many increases

Hands on work with lots of interesting titles Ability to help and get to know community members one on one A few genuinely kind and intelligent colleagues

Most of the upper management and veteran employees were more concerned with gossiping and doing the bare minimum than they were with actually helping the community at large and the organization reach its full potential. People were basically rewarded for being catty and negative while those who were actually hardworking and dedicated were severely underappreciated and even shunned.
