Leasing team is horrible 1 week of “training” you have to assist other agents with there leads and you wont have time to do yours. managers are friends with certain people and WILL switch leads out of your name. cliquy and childish. If you are grown, and not in the job market for fun and games, don’t work here. They will be intimidated and i quote “will bully you out of here”
