Meeting new people, flexible schedule

Big work loads for the pay you receive. It is a black and white with no gray area to work with people. The new management has a power trip who likes to place new rules ever day and will not bend for any prospects or fix things that need to be fixed in the apartments. No benefits except medical and even that is not affordable with the pay you receive. Lots of drama and gossip. Gearing away from customer service/ satisfaction.

Everything. Leasing team is horrible 1 week of “training” you have to assist other agents with there leads and you wont have time to do yours. managers are friends with certain people and WILL switch leads out of your name. cliquy and childish. If you are grown, and not in the job market for fun and games, don’t work here. They will be intimidated and i quote “will bully you out of here”
