*5 year vesting to actually own 50% of your book of business. However, most agents don’t last over 6 months. So the agency turn over is high due to the illusion of having a chance at owning your book. *There’s a $10,000 referral bonus that the agency can not give away, because the agents are afraid to refer their friends to get fired. *Everyone is afraid of the owner, especially the executive leadership. There’s Tim’s way or the highway and it’s known. *You can regularly expect direct rude emails from the owner. *Zero room for growth. Where you get hired is where you are going to get fired.

Gaspar values team members that want to learn and make a career out of insurance, it's a fast paced environment where alot is expected but significant opportunities exist.

Alot of emphasis on accountability and professionalism, you can't "call it in".

Gaspar insurance is a transparent company, which is so refreshing coming from a company who shared nothing with the employees. Tim Gaspar (owner), listens to his employees to make changes for the better; after all, the account managers and producers are the ones who are client facing and know what the clients want or need. Tim listens to our suggestions and if it makes sense, he makes it happen. Even though we are one of the fastest growing agencies, we still feel like family.

Svantaggi

There is no real cons to working at Gaspar. The only thing that I can see as a con is the parking.
