High upper management is not easy to get through to. One of the biggest problems is gone now. So may be a little better now. They don't value employee feedback/ suggestions. Saw a few people who did care about what we suggest get let go. They micromanage and agents get negative feedback all of the time about nitpicky things. They question you about why you were away from your desk or why you were in after call so long. Doesnt feel like we are trusted professional adults because of this. Every company has their pros and cons. Even with the ones I listed that irritate me, when comparing to previous employers life is good here for the most part and I like my job here and the majority of my coworkers.
