      It is a paycheck and that is it!!. Some good people/employees at the lower levels! If you like to travel, there is opportunities.

      Where do I start. Senior Management will tell you what you want to hear. Nobody in senior management/leadership in the USA truly understand lean or strategies of implementation. I don't know how they are doing overseas. People can say the word professional, but that is the extent. Nobody truely understand project management in the USA...WBS is nonexistent so milestones are unattainable.

      supervisors are ignorent and does not work systematically , truck are rusty and ramp agent over burden , need to cater aircraft in 15 minutes , and run to the next gate, then refill and re load the truck again , 5 minute lunch break and then spend your lunch time building up soda tray and then load again in the truck , twice go to trash to clean the truck and after 8 or 10 hrs again refill and re load the truck with supplies for next driver . no holiday no sick leave ,and supervisor is always looking to and threatning to fire you , more like master and slave type of mentality .
