      Great colleagues, good start pay (this will be your last pay, there are no raises or cost of living increases). Great place to develop & build skill set, never a dull moment.

      The worst place to pursue a career progression. There is no appreciation or money. Your job functions increase each day but your paycheck is never going to increase unless you threaten to quit. Also the worst Sr. Managers & majority of them are psychotic micro managers who make you work crazy hours & call your personal phone after hours for work. This is only for North America. The Management in Europe are fabulous.

      staedy job, salary on time,

      supervisors are ignorent and does not work systematically , truck are rusty and ramp agent over burden , need to cater aircraft in 15 minutes , and run to the next gate, then refill and re load the truck again , 5 minute lunch break and then spend your lunch time building up soda tray and then load again in the truck , twice go to trash to clean the truck and after 8 or 10 hrs again refill and re load the truck with supplies for next driver . no holiday no sick leave ,and supervisor is always looking to and threatning to fire you , more like master and slave type of mentality .
