Where do I begin? This is quite simply the poorest managed company I have ever worked for. There are so many failures at the management level that the entire operation is completely disfunctional. Across the operation there is an utter lack of communication, accountability, organization, and oversight. Every manager operates in their own bubble and most, if not all, are way out of their league. The employees are well aware that they have management over a barrel and take full advantage of the fact that they can literally get away with anything as there is very little accountability. Human Resources is completely company centric. The HR department is not aligned with the best interests of the employees. Payroll fails to provide accurate compensation with alarming regularity. Safety, in both operations and food preparation is severely lacking. Employee morale is extremely low and as a result turnover is very high. After dedicating a year to this organization I saw no improvement whatsoever. None of the glaring issues that faced the company improved, really at all. I would not recommend this employer to anyone.
