We take these themes seriously. It’s true that recent market conditions and a period of leadership transition have been challenging, and this has been reflected in feedback through Glassdoor and our annual engagement survey. We’re focused on clear communication of our new 3 year strategy, strengthening leadership visibility and expectations, refreshing our governance and decision making structures, and improving the consistency of the personal development experience, including clearer career pathways, more structured feedback and better alignment of objectives.
