There's a great opportunity at Gateway in that its led by senior members who care about their employees and letting individuals grow quickly. While its cliche, you can go as far as you want here, as the firm is small enough to where its results-driven and not politically divided.

There are the standard growing pains that come with a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and adding talent quickly. Integration is a bit dated, and as the headcount grows, the organization will need to redefine its values to stay current with the job market and retain the talent it collects. Fortunately, there are tangible things the company is looking to improve upon, and its part of any successful company's history.

Leadership lacks clear direction and thus it often feels like employees are in a waiting pattern No cohesive new business strategy No transparency into the business or plans Definitely a “good ol boys club” Major lack of diversity (not a single women or POC in management)
