Food can be pretty good and servers are not limited to a 2-3 table sections. There are times when they'll have 1-2 servers running the entire dining room. Because you get so many tables, you can make decent money.

Management is not the best. There's also no system for getting seated, so servers get skipped all of the time when there's favoritism involved. There's also certain games on certain TV's on Sundays, so if you have the section with a non-popular game, you'll end up only making minimum wage. I saw servers without a single table for 1-2 hours while other servers were getting triple sat.
