No company is perfect, but GBI is definitely the best employer I've worked for. You have many opportunities to better yourself if you're willing to put the work in. Overtime is always offered but never mandatory. The Gauthiers really do care about every employee and are constantly providing us with amenities to make our workdays more enjoyable.

Planning seems to be the companies biggest weakness. The employees are willing and able to help the company grow but we are often left waiting on components or material that leave us at a standstill.
