      to be honest the benefits are great, there is a gym and a really great cafeteria, they have a very clean factory in comparison to a lot of other companies

      The disadvantage is that it is a bigger company and it is harder to move up and there will be more opportunity to learn and grow somewhere else.

      Most production staff were nice and happy to answer questions and help you learn, even outside my department. The quality department was a chill place to work but it gets dull quickly.

      Lax practices in quality and there seemed to be a lack of care among the engineers. Pay wasn't amazing and I should have asked for more at the interview.
