Those in charge of a company claiming to provide phenomenal mental health care should have the relevant education. Don't try to combine the corporate world with the mental health field. -Flexibility of management was emphasized numerous times during hiring process, yet no flexibility was provided. If you value a positive work culture and ethical management, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
