This leads to destructive behavior like bullying and harassment being tolerated, if not protected. -“Good Old Boys club” and “boys will be boys” are phrases said by members of the leadership team as excuses for inappropriate, discriminatory behavior toward women. -they’re growing fast and don’t seem to be prioritizing people and culture. Many in leadership are given so much to do that they find themselves unable to do their job…because they’re doing their job.
