Very much egoistic - He treats the employees as if they are disposable. - He knows nothing about the industry, yet he pretends that he is a big player. - He knows no personal boundaries. - Not at all professional - He will talk negatively about you behind your back. - He will get a freelancer instead of hiring an actual employee to save some more money. Moreover, here are some more cons: - The place is very unhygienic, especially for women. - Clients are limited. The owner will keep saying that he is pitching new brands. But those brands will never show up. - The place is cramped up. - Half of the team are the freelancers. Your workload will become hellish. - No exposure at all. - Forget appraisals.
