He is running a scam. Tells there are more than 20 employees working as WFH. Hires you writer and strategist and gives them position for the brand manager and then makes them work on all profiles - Copy Writing, Design, Strategy, and even Client Servicing. Keeps making false promises about work, increments, and other things. He doesn't have any clients and will make you work on internal projects which don't have any direction and will keep making you re-work on them as every time you will submit the work his mindset changes and you will end up doing the work all over again. No work ethics. It worst company I ever worked for. Even lies to clients about the workforce. Doesn't even pay for the work you do. Never appreciates the work you will do and will keep telling- you don't know how to work. You need to become the agency and not an employee to work here. Because you only have to do everything from Design to copywriting to client servicing to strategy to report. The owner (Mayank) doesn't even know the full form of CPC and tells has been working in the industry for 12 years. Forces people to overwork and over time and then doesn't even give a value pay.
