They don't offer any support or really care to hear any feedback from the contractor. Sometimes payment will take 5 - 8 days after project is completed. Addresses of customer's are incorrect. They have no trust or respect in their techs regardless of history, employment time or reviews left by other customers. Lacks loyalty and respect management wont return phone calls to their contracts they treat them like their disposable and cockroaches. Don't accept cash or check payments Geekatoo will hunt you down and call you every hour to make sure you pay them right after receiving the money - which isnt fair because as a tech you have to wait 72 hours for a survey to go into affect and then 2-3 days to receive the payment via wire transfer.
