- Management is out of touch with staff most of the time. The decision making process is poor. - Work can get quite tedious, although there is good support when you need help - Many internal politics at play which can put your place at the company at risk if you are not very careful with what you say at times - Workload to reward ratio is extremely extremely poor, be prepared to work more than others in the office and earn less.

- Work from home? - Pay is slightly above average.

- understaffed so you get bombarded by calls 24/7 - awful customers as the service sucks - management is probably the worst I have ever experienced at any job ever - 3/4 of the employees are incompetent with no accountability - they force you to take your breaks at specific times and if you don't go at that exact time they will make you feel awful and like you have killed someone. - lots and lots of favouritism of staff. - Rostering is terrible - The cons are honestly endless, I would not ever bother working here - They will allow you to do some work in a different area to give you some hope you might be able to move up in the company and then they will give it to someone else who has no experience.
