Not overly managed by Italian parent, in fact very little micro management to speak of. Great CEO. Relatively easy going atmosphere

Challenges in potential to grow - parent company not really developing products for American market, very little market share, poor rep/ distributor channels

Had a great manager and liked the people that I worked with in the United States. There are many wonderful people in Italy as well.

The Italians don't understand how business is done in the United States. They use groupthink based on emotion and make harmful decisions for the business. They consistently set this U.S. location up for failure, and use us as a bank, pulling money out of the business,
