- health plan ends up costing YOU money each pay period - scope of your work gets more added to it but a merit increase of, if you’re lucky 3% - concerns of quantity over quality, but if you make a mistake you’re left to own the entire thing - procedures change almost weekly, but you don’t find out until 6 hours into an 8 hour shift so to speak - have taken away your 4 floating holidays you get at the beginning of each year and substituted it with a higher rate for earning PTO but takes about 16 weeks to earn those 4 days

Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
