Constant micromanagement by the 2 bosses (will spy on you through CCTVs in the store or drive past the stores). Last-minute changing of working schedules without any heads-up. No breaks are given even when you're working the whole day, not even allowed to sit for the slightest moment. Sometimes you have to work alone during peak hours. No employee benefits too. May be made to do some tasks outside the job scope for the boss' personal side gig. Pay days are irregular and may be delayed without notice. There are many more hidden horrible deeds that the bosses have done in regard to their business operations and towards their staff. To conclude, the bosses have bad business ethics.
