Very smart norms and rules for Salary deduction, every time founder wants to deduct employees salary with different - different ideas means he have a lot of time to think about in this matter. 3. Founder pretend him self as a dictator and he thinks that all employees is just a servant. 4. Don't know why few dis satisfactory employees are still working in this company. 5. Every time company founder makes a new rules to tattle the all employees. 6. Companies all employee work out side of the company because of low salary issue. 7.
