There is a lot of talk about values but that just mean you have to agree with everything the CEO says. You have to keep up with Slack and emails in the weekend AND when you are on holiday or else you will never catch up. Communication is bad and by that I mean there is a overload of chat but that makes it hard to know what is important. And don't you dare to ask for clarification. Do not be fooled by the 4 star rating, you'll see 5 star review pop to cancel my 1 star review out. This is because the managers will "asked" the employees to give a 'honest' review (but who asked the managers to do that....) Career opportunities; none. Shares are watered down and I wouldn't be surprised if the CEO finds a way not to pay any share values out to employees .
