Canvassing can be difficult in a market already inundated by companies trying to sell anything related to solar energy. Scripts can be a bit awkward and wordy. There's a very high OS rotation, meaning that most won't be with the company for very long. As such, bonuses aren't something that should be counted on as you must be a current employee to be eligible when the requirements are met and the company can pay it. If you have a tendency to let your mood affect your social interaction, you'll struggle when confronted with rude residents. The company claims to value integrity, but the ethical bankruptcy of a few has permeated every level.
