High expectations, and the requisite stress and drama that comes with it. The mission is hard, and everyone working there could benefit from reminding herself or himself that they, as a team, are perfecting a very difficult manufacturing process.

Great people, interesting technology, be at the forefront of the commercialization of synthetic biology.

Inept management, very disorganized. Chaos.
