@Late setting. @Leads play blame games if you deliver product then credit goes to them if not then its all your fault . @Leads have lack of knowledge. @Politics mostly people at upper level part of politics to save their position. @One man show. @Some manager don't behave good with their team and even some times they just give you orders. They will take benifit from you if you want to stick with them or you in need of this job. @fire employees if they think his her replacement is ready in less pay.
