Large variety of instruments that keep work interesting, co-workers are all very helpful and knowledgeable, and promising future with improvements being made everyday

Company location can make commutes challenging if you are not local to the area, especially in the winter months

Decent pay and regular hours M-F

Massive turnover in 2017, 2018, and 2019 for a small company of 30-40 employees. Highly unprofessional emails are regularly sent to employees, customers and vendors to embarrass them, with many people copied. Extremely unstable and volatile work environment. Managers and employees are very reluctant to make decisions for fear of being publicly berated and fired. Very poor reputation in the community and within the industry. After the plumbing backed up, employees were threatened with the bathrooms being permanently closed and having to find public bathrooms during work hours. Leaking roofs and walls. Antiquated technology with no technical communication between departments, which creates a manually tasking and time consuming environment. Managers are not supported and employees always go over their heads. Very cut-throat, back-stabbing environment. Very poor management created a “every man/woman for themselves” atmosphere. You can be highly praised and fired in the same day. I have never such extreme mood swings. I can promise anyone that they will regret taking a job here and driving 45 minutes south of Buffalo.
