      The reality is that a startup environment is not for everyone. One person’s con is another's perk. The ability to follow various paths and wear many hats until you strike the right combo can be exciting to many. At Genalyte, evolution has resulted in a business that blends software, services & hardware.       I was made to feel like a part of the team very quickly. The culture here is very supportive and collaborative, and each employee was committed to Genalyte's goals and aspirations. I felt like the division of work among team members was excellent and made for a very efficient workflow. I was exposed to various fields of engineering and gained a multitude of skills that will help me throughout my career.
