Great and friendly people, work life balance

Leaderships are not on the same page.

Small company, decent salary and benefit, many of friendly people.

Different Attitude toward the US. and Chinse employees, the top management have a natural bias on Chinese employees. They never look or smell at Chinese employees when conversationing, while they were already happy and got satisfied expression even before the U.S. employee open their mouth to present the numbers.
