Great place if you wish to be a code monkey - some people love this but if you wish to show your innovative flare, perhaps this is not the place for you. The hierarchy is flat so if you stay there longer than your predecessor you'll get promoted by default regardless of your ability :)

Toxic environment with intense micromanagement. Non-competitive salary. No visible career path/progression. They do not follow agile or scrum methodologies - it is frowned upon to suggest a minor change to a process. Your skill is measured in how many tickets you complete, regardless of their complexity. Innovation or suggestions of a different approach is not how you make friends.
