The non-management staff generally have a comradery, as they have to look out for each other & protect each other against nasty treatment from the Directors. No other positives, whatsoever!

No positive one-to-ones, even when you exceed targets. No decent commission - in fact if you bring in big deals, they'll find a way to not pay you anything. Cheap rebadged Chinese products that have a high fail rate (despite the claims of the CEO) - I used to dread calling customers after installation as I knew there would be problems to deal with. They don't care about customers & care even less about their staff. Pay is below industry standard. What they agree to pay at job offer stage is often renegotiated after you start. No sick pay. Midnight emails that stress you out & stop you sleeping. Constant barrage of emails and calls to tell you you're a failure & jobs will be lost unless sales improve (it can't be all the staff's fault, maybe you should look at yourselves). Things said confidentially in reviews, repeated in public in front of all the staff. Inadequate training on new products. Constant changes to the product portfolio - for a long time we were demonstrating one product to customers & delivering a completely different product. Their idea of treating their staff was to buy some samosas, or give 2 drinks vouchers at their Christmas party. Callous leaders - when I said a member of family was dying & I may need time off, their first words were to warn me that I wouldn't be paid for time off, not they they were sorry to hear that. The list could go on & on, but the biggest negative is the nasty spitefulness, rudeness and dishonesty of the Directors, they have no idea about man-management! I've had two or three really bad bosses in my time, but the couple who run Genee World and Interactive Education are by far the worst I can imagine. Do not join this company, the bosses are despicable examples of human beings.

Where to start. I was brought in as part of the SMT to deliver what I believed a new approach of management. This dream was immediately shattered when you have a dictator at the top that believes he is always right. The managing director who believes he is a CEO of a global business should give you some indication as to his delusional behavior, at times I think he actually believes his own BS and when you question his style of management or his level of strategic thinking all hell breaks loose. Widespread bullying, intimidation, lack of trust, fake conversations and continued back stabbing, only from the market trader of a managing director. There employee engagement is non existence, even through the rest of the SMT tried there best, commission payments missed or never acknowledged. Disgusting working conditions which is strange considering the council gave a grant for the building to be updated, where did the money go?! This husband and wife business is on the brink of failing from what I hear, they have lost a number of high contracts which means the work is drying up together with a cheap shody product from china that is relabled. On a final note please stop writting your own feedback, its clear you have this ego complex and the statements are so fake its cringe worthy.
