Vantaggi

Good benefits—sabbatical if you can last 6 years, but lack of upward mobility (or even horizontal mobility in many cases) will likely lead to burnout before you get there.

Svantaggi

VERY office politics centered, but of course they’ll say it’s not. Night shift is your best bet to avoid it, mostly, but day shift will suck the life out of you if you actually care about what you do and the patients you’re really working to help. They’re constantly restructuring and moving people/roles around, which makes day-to-day ops hectic, confusing, and frustrating. If you like constant chaos, this place is the career challenge for you.

Great salary and team! The interview process was smooth and effective.

Svantaggi

To be determined, but so far many alignment meetings. Some folks have frustuations around the re-org and strategy changes.

Vantaggi

The work is meaningful and overall the company vision aligns with my goals

Svantaggi

QA management has become inept. None of the leadership (aside from maybe one or two) truly understand the nuances of our site and jobs. They refuse to pay you more due to "budget" reasons but won't provide much information, they claim to be transparent but will make decisions behind your back and not communicate them, even if they impact you and/or your job. Leadership doesn't listen to feedback and gets defensive if you even try to give any. It honestly has become a game of politics only in QA and that's not really building any real quality culture.
