Accuracy of Glassdoor ratings, except for the 4 or 5 star ratings that look suspiciously written by HR Paid on time (well, except that one time... you all know what I'm talking about) Building is being renovated (as slow as possible to spread out the cost over multiple years) Hardworking men and women (although there is no choice) Career opportunities (getting to do your own job and your co-workers job because they left) If you don't like your co-worker, will get a new one in six months. Cafeteria is nice, Health Care plans are nice Certain departments are tolerable (or even enjoyable) to work in; others, I would not wish on my worst enemy

Where to start? Poor leadership on all levels. A bunch of talk about quality and the customer but are happy pushing out inferior product and dealing with it later, but then blame all the workers (via no quarterly bonus due to impossible metrics they have little/ no control over) instead of correcting the workers responsible. They are SO CHEAP. Cheap in pay, cheap in providing what employees need in a timely manner or if ever, cheap in benefits, cheap all the way around. They want drones, not humans. Very high turnover rate. A lot of promises and little follow up. If you sign up for the annual company picnic and cant make it, they take money directly out of your check for each person signed up to go. Poor training. Reactive, not proactive.
