Good starting pay, good insurance, co workers are helpful and fun to work with. Can drink soda or water at your work station. Hours are great. 6:30 until 2:30 . Work is interesting and fun to do. I Loved my job!

Mandatory ten hours days and saturday. Even if there is no work or parts. Managers want your input. Than when you give it. It goes in one ear and out the other or your laughed at. Human Resources, useless you do there work. Your boss doesn't even know the jobs we are doing. People quit every week or your fired. They change their company policies and don't notify you. HR useless you do there job, everything is on a computer go read it. The place has a revolving door. Good hard working people are leaving to go else where. They dont care here. Your a clock number not a skilled human being. They have there favorites too. Its not across the board for fairness. They cause a hostile work place. Morals very low its sad. This could be a profitable company. But management is just there to make there bonuses only and get there fat checks.

No background checks. Good for people needing a job quickly.

Where to start? Poor leadership on all levels. A bunch of talk about quality and the customer but are happy pushing out inferior product and dealing with it later, but then blame all the workers (via no quarterly bonus due to impossible metrics they have little/ no control over) instead of correcting the workers responsible. They are SO CHEAP. Cheap in pay, cheap in providing what employees need in a timely manner or if ever, cheap in benefits, cheap all the way around. They want drones, not humans. Very high turnover rate. A lot of promises and little follow up. If you sign up for the annual company picnic and cant make it, they take money directly out of your check for each person signed up to go. Poor training. Reactive, not proactive.
