I worked at Generac for 6 years, and was very fortunate to grow as the company grew. The company is nothing like is was when i started, but that is the nature of a business that experiences such rapid growth.

The company experiences various cycles that depend on outage activity, whether from storms or blackouts. So, when these events occur, it raises awareness for the company's products. Unfortunately, when these events do not occur regularly, the awareness dissipates, and the company experiences slower business cycles.
