Lack of communication, parts shortages cause us to lose out on bonus metrics. If they were met, they would raise them so we wouldn’t meet them next quarter. Upper management literally standing there looking for people being idle regardless of materials shortages. 7 HR reps who did nothing and were rarely actually in the office. People who worked there 20 years couldn’t tell you a single thing HR actually did besides an onboarding slideshow. Everything else is outsourced. Supervisors get switched around constantly and half are incompetent. Benefits are cheap but coverage is horrible. Tons of nepotism and favoritism. Pay is low for the complexity of the work.
