      there are no cons. like the pros this company is great to work for. they allow remote development to sr software engineers and are lax as long as you can hold your work load. very nice people to work with

      1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

      1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
