      Quality personnel have looked down the line, seen no future business on the horizon and left the company for more fertile pastures. Land Systems have promoted what's left and what's left is conniving, lying, bullying, craven underachievers in over their heads. Meetings called 'All Hands' reveal nothing in the way of strategy or forward thinking. Some of them have personality issues, none of them have the nous or weight of experience necessary for the post. People they don't like have a habit of suddenly and mysteriously disappearing. People who are being asked to lie to the US are leaving before they're pushed and because they object to the affront to their integrity

      Good communication between supervisors and production employees. From hiring, human resources, management, supervisors, and other employees I was respected and had a very personable experience.

      1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

      1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
