You are hired for a contract...you are not hired into the company. - Contracts tend to be a collection of "warm bodies". The "warm bodies" approach coupled with the lack of tough technical screenings allows for a collection of mediocre developers. Consultants need not apply! - Education reimbursement and training is based upon the funds available for your project. - General leave is one broad category (vacation, sick days, family 'urgencies', etc). - The organizational chart is very bland and lacks diversity.
