Stay away post CSRA acquisition - Recensione dipendente - Contract/Subcontract Administrator presso General Dynamics Information Technology

I would not recommend this company to anyone, at least not in its current state. The amount of turnover and employee departures that have occurred demonstrates the weak leadership and polices in place. Even those who were in high level/visible positions have stepped away from the company. The GDIT and CSRA folks are on different systems for everything and expected to operate as if this monumental issue does not exist. There are vacancies across all groups, so workloads are high and there is no direction from management.
