Where do I start. How about the lack of manager oversight. I had a micro-manager who wanted to do EVERYTHING. He was more interested on how he appeared to the customer than actually supporting his employees. Came to find out that was representative of most of the managers across the entire program. You need to keep your guard up with this company. You are nothing but a pawn. Also, make sure they actually allow you to roll over your 401K when you leave. Even though I met the vesting requirement they set my years of service to zero. This was too egregious to be a mistake. Find a different company that has Christian values and actually demonstrates them
