Remote work allowed a few days a week. (For now). But upper management thinks if you are not at the office you are not working. If you aren’t working at home…you aren’t working in the Office. Every other Friday off

Horrible culture Interior is right out of 1970. Same cubicles, desks, chairs from when the building opened in the 80’s. But the Executives have all new and shiny stuff. Upper management equates work quality with amount of face time in the office and overtime hours put in vs quality of work and efficiency. (Old school culture) Hard time retaining quality employees and as a result has very poor succession planning where most upper positions are hired from the outside instead of internal promotion.

-median pay -great out of college.. will hire anyone -1 day a week remote, mgmt can be more flexible

-working with govt -VPs will underbid every contract to get the business, then act surprised when cost is over budget -salary increases and bonuses rarely break 3%, though our direct customer inflates the dollar double that annually (and C suite takes a few tens of millions in personal bonuses) -management treats employees like livestock
