Small but growing company. Potential for future professional growth. New 401(k) match added this year along with vacation system based on years of service.

Benefits are not as strong as larger organizations. Senior management sometimes gets cliquish and appears to forget about everyone else.

Worker level people are all friendly and helpful. Finally have 401k match

Management style is rule by intimidation. Upper management does not know how to motivate people except through intimidation.
