Vantaggi
None. There used to be pros, but those disappeared with the current "leadership" at GLS US.
Svantaggi
Where to even start... * Low salary that's not even close to market average. And you can forget about severance pay no matter how long you've been with the company. But they will pay you for the full day if you're let go. How kind and generous of them. * Zero chance of advancement or any raise unless you're one of the execs, who continually give each other promotions despite poor company performance, bad decisions, and mismanaging just about everything. This is where careers go to die. * No communication about anything, so nobody in the company ever knows what's going on. * Endless "restructuring" as management's solution for the company's poor performance. And of course the execs are never actually held accountable for that despite being the decision makers and alleged "leadership" team. * Pervasive pessimistic atmosphere, because the employees know it's a rudderless sinking ship with no real leaders who have any idea how to navigate, communicate, or manage people. There's no hope that things will turn around unless there's a massive change at the top.
