I would not recommend joining this company due to its outdated, hierarchical structure and poor management practices. The CEO makes all the final decisions, leaving little room for employee input or creativity. Information is not openly shared, and even basic data requests are met with resistance. The work environment is uninspiring, dominated by office politics that make collaboration difficult. The company is excessively numbers-driven, down to the smallest detail, with little regard for employee autonomy. Managers micromanage and don't trust their teams, reflecting the CEO's own micromanagement style. The CEO fosters an authoritarian culture, where employees are treated more like subordinates than equals, creating a demotivating atmosphere for growth and innovation. In addition, HR management is outdated and inefficient. There are no proper systems in place to support employees. For instance, applying for annual leave requires submitting an email to your manager, and claiming expenses involves manually printing receipts and getting your managers signature—an incredibly archaic and time-consuming process. It's clear that people are not a priority here, and the lack of modern management systems reflects that.
