      Decent health insurance options for employees

      Long working hours leave zero time for a healthy work/life balance. They expected work during paid vacation time. When upper management visits production facilities everyone-including employee spouses-are on pins and needles before, during & after the visit. If I don’t look for a less demanding role I may lose my family.

      Wages were slightly above average, considering the industry. Decent benefits. Senior management values the middle manager.

      False promises. Lack of internal promotions despite being an over achieving leader. I was promised a promotion and it never happened.
